How to Order

Secure Ordering
If you wish to purchase our products you can do so with confidence as we offer secure order processing through Authorize.net and Page-secure.com. Our order form is very user friendly, simple and intuitive. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards only. For more information on how to order, please read the instructions below. Please note: orders are only shipped after the transaction is authenticated by your bank. International shipments may take several days to arrive once shipped due to distance, customs clearance and potential weather delays that could impact air flights. Therefore, we cannot guarantee next day delivery for international orders, however we can facilitate digital downloads upon special request.

Instructions
To order our products visit any of our collection landing pages and click the Add to Cart button located at the top of the page to add that data DVD collection to your cart, or if you wish to order a single clip, select the "Add Clip to Cart" button located below the images. You may also create your own custom data DVD with the clips of your own choosing. Simply select all the individual clips you wish using the "Add Clip to Cart" button and we'll burn a custom data DVD for you. Please allow 24 hours processing time for custom orders before they are shipped.

If you wish to continue shopping click the Continue Shopping button on the order form or use our top navigation to visit another page on our site. Please note: It is best not to navigate using your "Back' button on your browser as if you remove an item from your cart your back button may display the prior history of your selection.

To view the current contents of your shopping cart from any page on our Web site, click the View Cart button located on our top navigation menu.

To remove an item from your cart, click the Remove button.

If you change the Quantity of items in your cart, select the Change button to update the cart.

To empty the entire cart, click the Empty entire cart button and then select the Continue Shopping button or select a link from our top menu.

When you are ready to check out select the Shipping Method that you works best for you and then select the Purchase button. You will then be able to type in your name, address and credit card numbers on a secure page and submit your order. A confirmatiaon email will be sent to you shortly thereafter.

About Cookies
Please note that the order form places a cookie on your computer to remember what items you have placed in your cart. If you delete your cookies the items in your cart may no longer be there. If you empty the entire cart and items still appear in your cart, you may need to delete your cookies and clear your cache. To clear cookies in IE select: Tools> Internet Options> Delete Cookies> then click "ok".

Shipping
We ship through mainly through UPS or Federal Express. You are required to pay for shipping, however if you order more than 11 DVDs shipping is free! You may opt to insert your corporate UPS or FEDEX account number rather than having your credit card charged for shipping, if so, click on the "Choose Shipping Method" drop down menu and select "Charge my UPS or FedEX account directly for shipping", then select Purchase and you will be able to type in your UPS or FEDEX account number on the secure order form in the comments box. Please be sure to indicate that it is either UPS or FEDEX.

Product Usage
All footage is delivered on Data DVDs in Quicktime movie format and intended for use by video editors working in the broadcast industry to create programming. Data DVDs are intended for storing and delivering large digital files to be accessed via a computer, they are NOT designed for average consumer use to be played back on a television DVD player. Performance will depend upon the purchaser's computer clockspeed, microprocessor and RAM. Please note that by purchasing and using our products you agree to abide by our Terms of Use.

Warranty
We test our products before they are shipped and therefore do not offer refunds, however if your product arrives damaged in shipping or if there is a material defect, we will gladly replace your product if notified within 30 days of your purchase. We do recommend that you take advantage of the collection preview clips on our Web site to ensure the product meets your needs. We will gladly send you a watermarked version of any file before you purchase it if you send us an email with the clip number that you are considering ordering. Please use our contact us form for this purpose. To assure the lifespan of any DVD, it is advisable to only handle a DVD by the edges or center hole and always return the product to its case after use to reduce the possibility of scratching or other damage.

Privacy
