Licensing Terms and Conditions

This page is a high level overview of our License agreement. Please read our License Agreement in it's entirety before purchasing our products, you may download it here. Royaltyfreestore.com grants the purchaser the royalty-free rights to use the video clips contained on this DVD for broadcast, worldwide and in perpetuity. Although we offer our footage as "Royalty-free", we do have certain usage restrictions. By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to the our Terms of Use and agree to hold harmless Royaltyfreestore.com and its assigns from any liability including alledged copyright infringement, legal fees, or additional fees.

You may use our clips for your video production in feature films, broadcast television, Web sites and mobile devices.

None of our footage may be re-sold as part of another stock footage or photography collection, nor may it be used for content in any pornographic media of any type, nor in any personal hygenie advertisements or any manner that would be deemed defamatory. Our product may not make up more than 25% of a single production.

When possible, we have obtained model releases and indicated with the preview clip. Crowd shots are not model released. If you wish to use one of our clips that contains a building or landmark in an advertisement or promotion, you may need to obtain a release from the building or landmark owner. Our royalty-free license only warrants that we own the copyright to the video clips in our collection.

You are only allowed to copy our files onto one hard drive for one individual to use. You are not permitted to store our video files on a server or database for the purpose of multiple video editor use. Our rights license is granted to a single user on a single workstation. If you wish to obtain a multiple-user license please contact us with your requirements and we provide you with the details.
